Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the items in their original packaging with tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
